Do I have to 'load' my phone with minutes?
No! Avoid the inconvenience, limitations and potential technical problems of needing to purchase minutes in advance. Talk'n'Save World phones are like your cell phone at home – make the calls you need to make, always be connected, and trust that when you need to make or receive a call – your phone is ready!

Can I use my phone from home?
At this time, Talk'n'Save World only rents quality Nokia phones. SIM card rentals are not currently available.

Do I need insurance coverage on my phone rental?
Insurance on your rental phone covers all repairs as long as the phone is reparable. If the phone is damaged beyond repair, lost or stolen, then the insurance coverage provides for replacement of the handset by payment of a deductible (the deductible is generally about 25%-50% of the full replacement value of the phone). We strongly recommend insurance coverage for all of our customers. Insurance cannot be added in the middle of the rental period.

Currently you can rent a phone for Europe, USA, India, China, the UK or a world phone from our NY office – stop on by! Of course, we also ship anywhere in the USA.

Where will my Talk'n'Save World phone work?
Country-specific plans: You should have excellent coverage in the country or countries you signed up for service in. While our phones are capable of roaming and therefore should work in additional countries as well, please be aware that roaming rates are VERY expensive, and therefore we do not recommend using the phone anywhere besides the country/countries mentioned on your sign up page. (For example – do not use your Talk'n'Save World India phone outside of India, and do not use your Talk'n'Save World Europe phone in Israel, etc).
Worldwide plans: With this product, you can use your phone all over the globe, and the rates will be as delineated on the product page.

How do I use my Talk'n'Save World phone?
A dialing and usage guide will be enclosed with your rental. If you need another one, just contact our office.
Please be sure to follow our dialing guide exactly. Your contracted rates are only guaranteed when you follow the enclosed dialing directions!

Some important points about billing
Talk'n'Save World phone rentals are billed monthly. The bills are published within a week or two of the close of the calendar month. Your fully itemized bill will be emailed to you, and will be charged to your credit card shortly thereafter.
Your credit card statement will show a charge from “Talk'n'Save Worldwide” for your phone usage.
