You are welcome to drop the equipment back at our convenient office in the 5-Towns area of Long Island, NY.

We recommend you use our prepaid UPS return the envelope to ship the rented equipment back to us.

To use our prepaid UPS mailer, seal your rental equipment inside and take the package to any UPS store or dropbox, or give it to a UPS driver. And you're done! There is a $9.50 shipping & handling charge for returning your phone in our UPS envelope.

If you mail the package any other way, we recommend sending the phone with either a return receipt or a tracking number. Be sure to include a note with the name of the person who rented the phone. The address is:

You are responsible for the equipment until it is received back in our office! Please return the equipment within 5 days of the end of your rental to avoid late fees.
