Returning your equipment to Talk’n’Save in Israel
 
Your account will only be closed when we receive your equipment back in our Jerusalem office. You can return your phone and modem in person, or via mail (including the airport post office!).
 

Equipment return option 1: In person in Jerusalem.                        We recommend you drop off your equipment at our office.
 
Talk’n’Save Jerusalem Information:
We’re at 11 Beit Hadfus in Givat Shaul, Jerusalem. Please see our contact page for full hours, phone numbers and map.
 
Equipment return option 2: By mail at any post office in Israel    Including the post office in Ben Gurion airport (hours now extended!).
 
You can mail your equipment from anywhere in Israel, or from the airport. Preferred address for returns by mail is:

Use the return envelope provided with your rental for registered mail (דואר רשום.) A $5 fee will be applied to your account. The postage has already been paid! You are responsible to retain the receipt and tracking information for your package.
 
Airport Post Office Information:

Sun-Thurs: 7 AM-midnight
Fri: 1 AM-1 PM
They are closed entirely on Shabbat, holidays and Saturday nights.
Check your flight information! If you will be at the airport when the post office is closed, you MUST return your equipment at a different post office or directly to Talk’n’Save.
 

Location: After check in, walk past the check in counters under the ‘departures’ sign and immediately turn left. The airport post office is in the shopping area after check-in, but before security and passport control (still in the unrestricted area). Look for the red and white signs. Give your package to a postal clerk there. Click here to see a map.

 
If the post office is closed, do NOT attempt to leave your equipment on top of the postal box or with an airport representative. Be in touch with Talk’n’Save for further directions.

We strongly encourage you NOT to leave your equipment with hotel staff or airport representatives to mail back for you!
You are responsible for the equipment until it is received back in our office. Please return the equipment immediately at end of your rental to avoid late fees.
 
There is a $20.00 fee for returning the equipment to our USA office. If you do not return the package in Israel, once you arrive home contact us for further directions. Failure to return your equipment in a timely fashion may result in replacement fees and late fees (modem replacement fees can be as high as $499!).
