USA delivery

  • Delivery via: UPS (www.ups.com), tracking information always available!
  • Regular delivery: Ground shipping, $10
  • Required advance reservation: For Ground shipping, at least seven business days notice.
  • Additional delivery methods: Overnight, $25*.
  • NY (5 Towns) office pickup available: Yes! You can pick up your equipment in advance at our 5-Towns (Lawrence, Long Island) NY location, just minutes away from JFK airport. We're located at 207 Rockaway Tpke, Lawrence, NY. Our office is open 9-5, M-Th, 9-noon F and 10 AM - 2 PM on Sundays!
  • Monsey, NY office pickup available: You may prearrange to pick up your phone at our Monsey agent, located at 37 Jacaruso Dr., Spring Valley, NY. Be sure to call 877-691-6096 to first to confirm availability. Cost: $5 handling.
  • Los Angeles, CA office pickup available: You may prearrange to pick up your phone at our Los Angeles agent, located at 8829 Pickford Street, Los Angeles, CA. Be sure to call 877-691-6096 first to confirm availability. Cost: $5 handling.
  • Lakewood, NJ office pickup available: You may prearrange to pick up your phone at our Lakewood agent, located at 14 Chelsea Court, Lakewood, NJ. Be sure to call 877-691-6096 to first to confirm availability. Cost: $5 handling.
  • Teaneck, NJ office pickup available: You may prearrange to pick up your phone at our Teaneck agent, located at 771 Stelton Street, Teaneck, NJ 07666 Be sure to call 877-691-6096 to first to confirm availability. Cost: $5 handling.

We are sorry, but due to Customs regulations we cannot deliver phones to Canadian addresses at this time. We can deliver SIM cards to Canada, with two weeks advance notice. Please call our office to arrange, or make a special note on your order.

 

Israel delivery

  • Delivery via: Private courier service or Talk'n'Save representatives
  • Delivery in Jerusalem: $10.00 anywhere in Jerusalem
  • Delivery to other Israel locations: $15 for most locations*. If your location will incur additional costs, you will be contacted before your order is processed.
  • Required advance reservation: Seven days.
  • Additional delivery methods: Rush order pricing is available.
  • Office pickup available: Yes! You can always pick up equipment at our Jerusalem office - you can also sign up there in person!

 

UK and European Union delivery

  • Free London, UK pickup available: You may prearrange to pick up your phone at our London agent, located at 35 Hoop Lane, London, NW11 8BS. Be sure to call first at 020-8381-4717 to confirm availablility.
  • Free Gateshead, UK pickup available: You may prearrange to pick up your phone at our EU Logistics Centre based in Gateshead, located at 164 Whitehall Road, Gateshead NE8 1TP. Be sure to call first at 0191-250-7039 to confirm availablility.
  • UK standard delivery: Standard shipping from our EU Logistics Centre is available for $12.99.
  • UK other options:Next day shipping is available for next day 9 AM ($34.99) or 1 PM ($20.00).
  • European Union standard delivery: Delivery is available to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden for $24.99. Delivery is within 5 business days.
  • European Union express delivery: Express (second day) delivery is available to the aforementioned EU countries for $34.99.
